Last week when we were in Michigan, we found these beautiful little Lighthouses. Michigan is known for it's many lighthouses. Here are three of them. By the way, if you have ever seen the movie, Somewhere in Time, the little lighthouse in the first photo is in that movie.
OK, I know you are all busy checking out everyone's Ruby Tuesday but take the time to bookmark me and drop back to check out my blog. I am a retired Special Ed teacher who now spends most of her time on Sanibel Island, Florida which is a Sanctuary Island for wildlife. I volunteer for a wildlife hospital. I am also the proud grandma of 5 wonderful grandkids and brag about them often!! I also have a blog called Branches and Roots where I talk about genealogy and my ancestors. OK, enough about me. So if you really want to see red go to Work of the Poet

I have been to one lighthouse which is taller than this one. :D
I hope to see a lighthouse someday. Very nice red shots.
pretty!!!!!!
My R T is posted now, she's a "Lady in Red" today.....
Have a great Tuesday.
No matter their hue,
the lighthouses will guide you
safely back to shore.

Love it! Even the little ones are worth taking time for! (and pictures of!)
Very nice lighthouse. I've never actually seen a real one before.
Beautiful!
Sorry to be stopping by late!
