Treasure

As stated in my last post, the shelling has been fantastic this week. I went out again late yesterday afternoon. Lots of tulips, whelks, some sharks eyes and olives and while digging in the sand just at the water line, I found this.

OK, so he's not perfect but if I don't show this side, who's to know.

You had me going there for a minute. It may not be a whole one, but it's a lot closer than anything I've ever found!

You know, I could loan you my Dremel and you could cut away the yucky part - inside, he's smaller but he looks brand spankity new!

Nobody's perfect, but this just goes to show that we're all beautiful in our own way. Thanks for sharing

Congrats on a wonderful hidden find! I think that some broken shells are fabulous, like that one is. You get to see both the exterior and the interior.

It's funny - I just randomly stumbled across your blog, and it caught my attention because of your location. Hubs and I are currently in KC but are taking a trip to Ft Myers/Cape Coral area in June to look at houses - we want to be snowbirds, too! How do you like it there? Do you love it? I was worried about tourist traffic on Sanibel....Great blog!
