Bird Watching

One thing I've really enjoyed here in my new home are the songbirds and Hummingbirds.  I have put out a couple of bird feeders and hummingbird feeders and a birdbath.  I especially like the Hummingbirds as we didn't have those in Sanibel or in Findlay.  There are hundreds of them here and several different kinds.  Trying to get a picture of them is something else though!  Anyway, I have a Hummingbird feeder right outside my sliding door.  What is nice is that I have protective film on the door which the birds can't see through so I can stand right by the door and watch them and take pictures.  These pictures were taken today in about 5 minutes time. After taking the pictures, I discovered kind of a story to go along with them. So, here goes.  Enjoy!

Ah, that was good.  Guess, I'll be on my way now. 

Well, it's about time!  I've been waiting and waiting and no, I'm not a Hummingbird!!
